Most orders are expected to arrive within approximately 5–10 business days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please keep in mind that the 5–10 business-day timeframe is an estimated delivery window, not a guaranteed delivery date. Processing and delivery times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, weekends, holidays, carrier operations, and other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Once an order has shipped, delivery is handled by the applicable shipping carrier. Carrier delays may occur and are not always within our control.

Mother Nature doesn't always cooperate—and neither does the occasional shipping hiccup.

Severe weather, natural disasters, transportation interruptions, carrier delays, holidays, service disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may delay an order.

The Hergoodwill Store is not responsible for delays, lost packages, misdeliveries, or additional shipping costs resulting from an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or improperly entered shipping address provided at checkout.

Once an order has been submitted or shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

If you realize that you entered an incorrect address, contact us as soon as possible. We will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we cannot guarantee that an address change will be possible.
